  • What is Brisk Health?
    Brisk Health is a technology company that delivers healthcare to people who are suffering from a non-life threatening illness or injury, helping them recover safely and comfortably at home.
  • Who are the Brisk Health providers that come to me?
    Two providers arrive at your home, including a Nurse Practitioner, and a Brisk Health Medical Technician (BHMT). An ER physician is always available by phone for consults.
  • What can Brisk Health treat?
    Brisk Health can treat nearly every non-life-threatening medical condition that can be treated in an urgent care center or other health care facility. This includes a wide range of common to complex illnesses and injuries, such as urinary tract infection (UTI), respiratory infections, fall injuries, flu, migraines, dehydration, stitches and much more.
  • What insurance does Brisk Health accept?
    Brisk Health is in-network with most insurance plans. Following care, we will call in prescriptions, update your doctors and handle billing with your insurance company. Brisk Health does not accept the following insurance: Health Plan of Nevada (Sierra Health) Friday Health Hometown Health Humana
  • How do I pay for your services?
    In many cases, Brisk Health will bill your insurance company. You may contact our billing department if you have any questions regarding your bill. If you do not have insurance or we are not contracted with your insurance company, Brisk Health can accept payment at the time of treatment via credit card.
  • How much does Brisk Health cost?
    A visit with Brisk Health costs roughly the same as a walk-in urgent care visit. On average, most patients pay anywhere from $5 – $50 after insurance. The percentage of the total bill you’re responsible for is determined by your insurance plan. Note that if you have a high deductible plan, you will need to meet your deductible before your insurance will cover the cost.
  • What if I don't have insurance?
    If you do not have or we are not contracted with your insurance company, Brisk Health accepts payment of a flat rate of $249 at the time of treatment via credit card. This flat rate is for everything that we do, which includes medications administered, procedures performed, and on-site lab tests obtained.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    Please download our app to request care.
  • How long does it take for Brisk Health to come to my home?
    After requesting care in our app, it typically takes about anywhere from a half hour to two hours for our medical team to come to your location for your scheduled visit. You can see our team's ETA in the app.
  • Does Brisk Health prescribe narcotics?
    Nope. Brisk Health is strongly against the use of controlled substances within the urgent care setting.
